Hill Day

I went from running tights and jackets to shorts and a t-shirt today for my run. Weird. Anyway, I'm trying to get back on track by doing a hill workout every other week or so and I was due for one today. I did 6x1/2 mile uphill mostly (first half steeper uphill, second half a bit flatter) trying to go hard the second half of each interval. I surprised myself and went pretty fast, but now I'm exhausted. I'll sure feel this one tomorrow.
